Purchase Agreement and Health Guarantee

The Purchaser Agrees:
· SRK and/or Breeder = Southern Rox Kennels
· You and Your = Purchaser
· AB = American Bulldog
You agree to have the dog examined by a licensed veterinarian within seventy-two (72) hours to obtain this written guarantee. If the puppy is diagnosed as an unhealthy pet (meaning death is likely to occur within 1 year) and is returned immediately with a written report from a licensed veterinarian the Seller agrees to replace the puppy with the next amiable puppy. If the Purchaser declines to return the dog, then it is considered to be a acceptable to Purchaser "as-is" and this guarantee is null and void.
SRK will not guarantee a puppy that develops diarrhea due to stress or an improper diet, or any other medical condition that may result improper nutrition or care. SRK gives each puppy a preventative medicine for coccidia, parvo, kennel cough, and worms which are easily treatable conditions sometimes brought on by stress and adoption into a new home. Minor conditions such as worms, ear mites, ect. are common in new puppies, and easily treatable so therefore are not covered under this warranty.
You also agree to:Not use this AB for any illegal purposes or activities, Not to abuse this AB mentally or physically, Not keep this AB in a crate for hours on end, tethered to a chain outside or allowed to run loose through a community, Not hold SRK, SRK's owners or operators, Trenton Kaminski or Mandie Michalec including but not limited to: their persons or family; their estate, assets, holdings, earnings or interests whether actual, future or projected liable for any and or all damages caused directly or in-directly by the AB covered under this “purchase agreement", Accept full responsibility for this AB purchased and covered by this "puppy purchase agreement", Any legal action warranted against the breeder shall be handled by arbitration in the breeder's county of residence. Register this AB with the National Kennel Club in the following fashion: "purchaser's name of choice" of SRK.
FEES: All shipping cost will be assumed by the Purchaser, including shipping fees for warranty replacement dogs. Purchaser will also be responsible for all other cost of said shipping; with may include health reports, carriers.
A $300.00 (US) nonrefundable deposit will ensure that your puppy is reserved for you. If a problem occurs such as not enough males or females of your choice, loss of a litter, or false pregnancy/female did not take, the deposit will be applied to the next litter.
The Breeder States:
The sire and dam of this AB are purebred, registered dogs that exhibit sound structure and even temperament to the naked
eye. The sire and dam of this AB were bred with the best of intentions to produce healthy and stable AB pups.
If a dog purchased from SRK dies before (1) year of age due to birth defects such as heart, kidney, or liver failure, this dog will be replaced with the next amiable puppy. To validate this guarantee an autopsy must be done by The Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Laboratories (979-845-3414) in order to state the specific cause of death. If this autopsy is not performed, this guarantee is no longer valid and the dog will not be replaced. Under no circumstances is the dog to be euthanized without first contacting SRK.
If the purchaser chooses to resell this dog, no agreements are transferable to the next owner.
A period of one year from the AB's date of birth against canine crippling hip dysplasia. This must be verified in writing by a state licensed veterinarian in your state of residence and confirmed the breeder's veterinarian. The claim in writing must accompany the AB's x-rays taken by the same state licensed veterinarian confirming his/her diagnosis to be verified by the breeder's veterinarian.
A period of one week after receipt of AB by purchaser against death caused by the
following one or more of the following diseases: parvo, distemper or corona if these
diseases were derived from the breeder's premises. This must be verified in writing by
a state licensed veterinarian in your state of residence and confirmed the breeder's
veterinarian as authentic.
